The law regarding how we use your data is changing and we require your permission to be able to contact you.

At Pontblyddyn Cricket Club, we respect your privacy and want to be clear on how we use your data. The information we hold is for our membership records as required by the ECB and for the purposes of recording our membership to prove our status as a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) to HMRC.  We may be required to provide information to ECB, Cricket Wales, North Wales Cricket League and HMRC, this information will not include your personal details,  the information requested is normally relating to your role in the club, gender, age etc.    None of your personal data will be passed to any third party without your prior consent. 

You should choose how we contact you to tell you about the latest news and developments at the club.

We will only contact you with information that is relevant to Pontblyddyn Cricket Club, the information we hold will not be passed onto any third party without your prior consent.

We currently contact members using either email or telephone, if you choose to be contacted by either of these methods, you can later change your preference as follows:

  • Email – by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email from us or email us requesting to unsubscribe
  • Telephone – if we call you can then request not to receive any further calls or you can contact us at any-time to request not to receive calls.
