Membership Information

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT 

We are able to accept membership payment by debit or credit card, cash, bank transfer and cheque.  We now also offer the option of paying in  four monthly instalments - February, March, April & May.    If you wish to pay by instalment you will have to email us (use the form below) to request an invoice, you will then receive a series of four monthly invoices each with  a payment "button" enabling you to make a secure card payment.  Please note that all members are required to complete and return a membership form prior to making any payment.   There are seperate forms for senior members and under 18 members, it is important that you fill in all the mandatory sections or we will not be able to process your membership until this form has been completed.   Please also ensure that you provide information relating to any medical condition that may affect your cricket activities, if you have any concerns please speak to  either the membership secretary,  junior coach, CWO or chairman.

Membership forms can be downloaded from below, along with the club privacy policy documents, note there are seperate documents for members under 18 years of age.

Membership Application Guide – 2019

(Membership from 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020).  The information provided on junior application forms will remain confidential and will only be used by junior coaches in the pursuance of junior cricket activities.

Types of membership available:

Senior Player -             £80

·         All Players of 16+.

·         Membership is £80 if paid by 1/6/19 rising to £100 thereafter.

·         Any player who has not paid their membership in full by 1/7/18 becomes unavailable for selection in the current season.

 

Senior Player in full time Education -     £50

·         All Players of 16+ in full time Education.

·         Membership is £50 if paid by 1/6/19 rising to £70 thereafter.

·         Any player who has not paid their membership in full by 1/7/18 becomes unavailable for selection in the current season.

 

Junior Player -               £50            

·         All Players of age from 5 to 16 years

·         Membership is £50 if paid by 1/6/19 rising to £70 thereafter.

·         Any player who has not paid their membership in full by 1/7/18 becomes unavailable for selection in the current season.

·         Parents of junior members need to be at least a social member to use the Bar and facilities.

 

Family Membership -               £80   (2 Social & 2 Jr U16 )                                                                                                     

·         Open to families with children in fulltime education.

·         Membership is £80 if paid by 1/6/19 rising to £100 thereafter.

·         Any playing member who has not paid their membership in full by 1/7/18 becomes unavailable for selection in the current season.

 

Additional Children U16 £10

·         For families of 5 and more, each additional child.          

 

Social Membership -     £10

·         If not covered by any other categories above.

·         Membership covers use of Bar and facilities. (N.B – parents of junior members need to be at least a social member to use the Bar and facilities). 

Please note:

Next of kin and emergency contact details are required for members to ensure that the club has all relevant information pertaining to the membership. A medical supplicant form is required if the applicant has any disabilities, allergies or dietary requirements that the club should be made aware to ensure members safety.

Cheques to made payable to Pontblyddyn Cricket Club and returned with completed forms to the membership secretary.
