2025 Membership Categories & Fees



 1.   Full Adult Membership covering any team (Ladies/Seniors)

£100 if paid in full before 15^th April 2025 or

£20/month by Direct Debit for 6 months Commencing January 2025 (£120 total)

2.   Junior Membership (or Senior in Full-Time Education)

£50 if paid by 15^th April 2025 or

£10/month by Direct Debit for 6 months Commencing January 2025 (£60 total)

3.   Family Membership

Covering 2 Adults & up to 2 Children/Seniors in Full Time Education

£100 if paid by 15^th April 2025 or

£20/month by Direct Debit for 6 months Commencing January 2025 (£120 total)

Concession for single parents (£20 reduction on annual fee)

4.   Ladies Softball Team Membership

No fee if included in a Family Membership

£50 if paid before 15^th April 2025 or

£10/month by Direct Debit for 6 months Commencing January 2025 (£60 total)

5.   Occasional Players (Ladies/Seniors)

£15 for initial registration and one match

£10 match fee for subsequent matches

6.   Junior Coach Membership

50% reduction in relevant Membership Fees for any person fulfilling the role of Junior Coach and running a Junior Team

7.   Social Membership

£10 per year

Notes

     I.       Membership is subject to the requirements of the Club Constitution and approval from the Membership Secretary

    II.       All members are required to complete a “Membership/Club Registration” form

  III.       No person will be eligible to play for any team until such form is completed (a requirement of the ECB and for insurance cover)

  IV.       There are additional banking charges incurred by the club if paying by Direct Debit instalments which is reflected in the membership fee charges.

   V.       Any hardship issues can be discussed, confidentially, with the Club Chair or Membership Secretary and such discussions would not be referred to the Club Management Committee
